Makeup Revolution Haul

I love makeup. Unfortunately, my budget is very limited at the moment, which is not good for this love affair of mine.
A few months ago, I got to try a few products by Makeup Revolution, and I knew immediately that I was before a brand that was not only cheap, but with great quality too! And we know how rare that is!

Last week, one of my favourite online stores for beauty products, Perfumaria Primor, was having a "buy 3, pay 2" deal in most of its brands, and I decided it was the perfect time to buy a few goodies. I really wanted to try some of  Makeup Revolution 1£ products, and these were the ones I chose:

- Pure Pigments on "Etiquette" and "Agonise" - Such a nice color pay-of! Etiquette is like a muted lilac browny color, and Agonise is a rich copper color.

- Lipsitck in "Treat" - My lips but better color. It kind of reminds my of a Kylie Jenner kind-of-color...

- Powder blush in "Love" - a soft baby pink color, great for days you dont want your cheeks to stand out.

- Eyeshadow in "Hung Up" - A matte light brown color, that I personally love to use on my whole lid with a massive cat liner.


And this was my litte purchase. I am yet to try these on a propper makeup look yet, would you like some swatches then?

Parfois Flower Cufs

In busy mornings, I usually forget to put on my acessories. Yeah, that's a major no-no for a self-proclaimed fashion lover, but truth be told, most mornings I'm just rushing to get out of my bedroom and its good enough if I'm fully dressed.

But I love shiny pretty things, such as earrings.

The problem with earring is that I dont find them very appealing with my face shape/loose hair combo. I usually go for short earrings, but sometimes you just want to look a little extra-extra, y'know?

That's why I fell in love with these babies. They're a statement piece, but they restringed to the ear are so they dont hang dangling all day in my neck, plus they don't make my face look all chubby. And boy, they look cute!

I guess we'll be very happy together this season.

As manhãs são sempre caóticas por aqui. Apesar de o meu despertador tocar bem cedo, normalmente distraio-me com o meu tablet e quando dou conta estou uns 10 minutos atrasada para o trabalho. Oh vida, entre escolher ir nua para a rua, ou abdicar dos acessórios... Bem, está um bocado frio para andar nua, né?

Além disso, acho que os brincos não me favorecem particularmente, com a minha estrutura óssea ou cabelo solto, que geralmente uso. É por isso que apesar de adorar brincos longos, acabo por escolher os curtinhos e leves no dia-a-dia...

Mas isso mudou quando vi estes bebés, tão brilhantes e femininos. Apesar de longos, mantém-se apenas na orelha, por isso não tenho de os sentir baloiçar junto ao pescoço todo o dia nem fazem a minha cara parecer tão rechonchuda. E além do mais, são podres de giros, dando um up a qualquer visual apressado!

Acho que vamos ser muitos felizes nos próximos tempos.
